Privacy

RealEstHero.IO is in active development and has not yet onboarded paying customers. This page describes our intent. An attorney-reviewed policy will replace this text before any tenant begins collecting buyer data on the platform.

What we don't collect today

Visitors to realesthero.io are tracked only for anonymous product analytics via PostHog: page views, click events, and approximate referrer. We do not collect personally identifiable information from marketing-site visitors.

What we will collect at launch

Agent (tenant) account data. Name, email, business name, and billing details. Billing details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Buyer interactions.Data captured by tenants on their own branded sites is processed under each tenant's own privacy policy. We act as a processor; the tenant is the controller.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for session continuity and one PostHog analytics cookie. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.

Your rights

When the full policy is published, it will detail your rights to access, correct, export, and delete data under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable U.S. state laws. The pre-launch site collects no data that triggers these rights today.
